Toronto IT Service Management

ITIL Small-Scale Implementation provides an approach to the implementation of the ITIL framework for those with smaller IT units or departments. ITIL (the IT Infrastructure Library) is essentially a series of documents that are used to aid the implementation of a framework for IT Service Management. ITIL v3, published in May 2007, comprises 5 key volumes.

PRINCE2 specifies the way in which progress should be monitored and how the highlights of the progress should be reported to the project board. The positive aspect is that PRINCE2 can be tailored to the needs of a particular project.
